A historic building belonging to the Order of the Sons of Italy was sold at auction Thursday evening at City Hall, putting the future of the service club in question.
The property on 34 Center St. sold for $61,000 to a bidder who asked not to be identified. The Concordia Lodge No. 20 had an opening bid of $19,436.54 and was placed on the auction block by the city's tax collector, Robert Crovo.
