The Italian Center of Stamford (IC) has hired John Gervasi as the Director of Catering for their catering and banquet department, Serafina at the IC. “I am excited to join the talented team at this beautiful facility,” said Gervasi. “My goal is to take Serafina at the IC to the next level by expanding our menu selection and enhancing our offerings and services.”
“We are delighted that John has joined our catering department,” said Paul Hickey, Executive Director. “His extensive experience as an Executive Chef and Catering Director will make him an asset to our team.” Gervasi has worked in the hospitality industry for more than three decades. Prior to joining Serafina at the IC, he was the Catering Director and Executive Chef at Mulino’s at Lake Isle Country Club in Eastchester.
