A local judge who handles decedents' estates and cases involving children, elderly and the mentally disabled is running for re-election.
The Honorable Joseph D. Marino, Judge of Probate for the District of Middletown, announced his intention to seek re-election for an eighth term. The Middletown Probate District serves the towns of Cromwell, Durham, Middlefield and Middletown.
