The 11th annual Southington Italian-American Festival, benefiting Southington Community Services and Southington Community Cultural Arts, is set for July 24-26. The festival on Center Street, sponsored by the Sons of Italy and the Southington Unico Club, will begin at 5 p.m. July 24 and end at 6 p.m. July 26.

This is the first year that SCCA, a nonprofit group dedicated to raising awareness of the arts in Southington, will benefit. In past years, proceeds have been donated to groups including Bread for Life, STEPS, the Southington YMCA and the Southington High School Robotics Team.
