Greece, N.Y.The Italian American Community Center, 150 Frank DiMino Way, will host the 12th annual Empty Bowls Rochester at 5:30 p.m. Oct. 15. Participants will be able to share a simple meal and choose from handmade bowls to take home.

The event also will include dessert, wine and beer tastings, a silent auction and music. Tickets are $35 until Oct. 14 or $40 at the door. Proceeds will benefit Catholic Family Center programs and services. For more information, call 585-262-7172 or email [email protected].
