Members of the Bogalusa Italian-American Cultural Society extend an invitation to the public to join in celebrating its 40th St. Joseph's Altar on Friday and Saturday, March 14 and 15, at the B&C Hall (formerly KC Hall), 139 Cumberland Street in Bogalusa.
Members have been busy planning for the event and preparing Italian cookies and other delicacies to be placed on the Altar as an offering and thanksgiving to St. Joseph. Italians honor and venerate St. Joseph, the Foster Father of Jesus, for his prayerful intercession.
