Roberta Garibaldi

Roberta Garibaldi is Professor of Tourism Management at the University of Bergamo and founder and President of the Italian Association of Gastronomic Tourism. She is in the research board and ambassador for Italy of the World Food Travel Association and in the Board of the World Gastronomy Institute. On these issues she collaborates with UNWTO - United Nations Agency for Tourism (World Tourism Organization) for which she is Keynote speaker. Every year he publishes the Report on Italian Food and Wine Tourism, a volume of almost 500 pages of research.
