With an exceptional birthday comes an exceptional location. As Gucci is celebrating its 100th anniversary this year, six years after the Cruise show in New York, the Italian brand is once again heading to the United States, more specifically to Los Angeles, for its next collection.
This is a symbolic choice since Alessandro Michele, creative director of the house, finds inspiration there, and the presentation of the collection will coincide with the 10th edition of the AArt+Film Gala at the LACMA, with Gucci being the host and founder. This choice also points towards the cruise 2021 show that should have been held in San Francisco and that had been cancelled due to the Coronavirus pandemic.
