Some very encouraging news just came out of the Intel Business Challenge Europe 2013 (IBCE) with regards to Italy's prominence in the European startup sphere. Of the twenty-three European startups selected as finalists, eight are Italian — a full third of these promising endeavors come from Italy!
The IBCE is a pan-European competition for innovative products, smart technologies and interactive apps, applied in areas stretching from healthcare to nanotechnology.
