Little Italy is going full speed ahead with plans for the Little Italy Cultural center & Museum. Our first round of comments from the City and changes from our Architect now leave us with a daunting task of installing an entirely new foundation and a handicap lift elevator to meet the requirements for access to the "Italian Cellar" bar area of our property. We have a great list of In Kind Contributors for the Museum including Devcon, Best Electric, Ciari Plumbing, Perez House Movers, A1 Cooling & Heating, Alliance Roofing, Western Roofing Supply, and Topa Architecture.
What we don't have and NEED ASAP is help with a new Foundation and a Lift Elevator. Any help would be great, as we may be forced to remove the Italian cellar concept from our plans due to the costs involved.
