The Embassy of Italy in Washington and the consular network in the USA celebrate the eighth edition of Italian Design Day, which takes place on March 14, with a rich program of events to be held throughout the country until May, under the theme “Creating value – inclusivity, innovation, and sustainability” chosen for the exhibition promoted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the 2024 edition.
On March 15 in Washington D.C., Ambassador Mariangela Zappia will host the event “Design Insights from Italy to Washington D.C. Italian design at Villa Firenze. The story of Edra, an Italian excellence in the world,” an opportunity to celebrate Italian design with a focus on one of the most renowned Italian companies in the sector.
