Italian luxury brand Brunello Cucinelli has expanded its Madison Avenue flagship to more than double the original store footprint. The Brunello Cucinelli store, which carries men’s, women’s, children’s and lifestyle collections, features new VIP fitting rooms comfortably outfitted with lounge chairs and racks which can be curated with merchandise to fit each client’s needs.
A bar area, where on select days an in-house mixologist serves clients Italian-inspired cocktails, and an in-house made-to-measure and tailoring team is also on offer. Design details include warm natural tones of Italian oak with metallic surfaces alongside antiques like an antique haberdashery piece from the Veneto region from the mid 19th century and a bi-level desk from the late 19th century originating from a tailor’s shop in Bologna.
