The fifth Benetti Crystal 140 M/Y MR D, to date built in seven units and part of the Class full-displacement range of Benetti's current production, will make its U.S. debut at Yachts Miami Beach. The Crystal 140 is the new boat in the Benetti Class range. It measures 137 feet in length and 29 feet in width at full beam. Its displacement is 375 tons.
The engines are twin Caterpillar C32 Acer, delivering 1,081 kW. With a fuel reserve of 64,550 liters, the Crystal has a conventional oceanic range of 4,000 miles, which places it among authentic "navetta" that are capable of traveling around the world and exploring locales where autonomy and spending long periods without refueling becomes essential.
