Satisfactory results achieved by the 21 Italian companies affiliated with Gimav– Italian Manufacturers' Association of Machinery, Accessories and Special Products for Glass Processing – at the U.S. glass exhibition. U.S. trade people liked the technology they saw: the stands that occupied the 900 sq.m.
Made in Italy exhibition space attracted interested visitors who were keen about the new machinery, some of them buying directly at the exhibition. This strong interest in Italian products can be seen in ITA (Italian Trade Agency) figures which provide a picture of a growing U.S. market.
