Italian olive maker Ficacci is launching “Take Eat”, a new pack of chilled fresh olives ready to be eaten for a snack as it seeks to expand its distribution in North America.
Speaking on the sidelines of the IDDBA show in New Orleans, export manager David Dottorinipresented its new offer for the US market, where educating buyers to the color and taste of authentic olives is an ongoing challenge.
