Originally from Trieste, Italy, Chef Riccardo Bilotta brings over 13 years of experience gained while cooking at some of Europe's most prestigious restaurants, such as the five-star "Regina Baglioni" Hotel in Rome; the five-star, Relax&Château and two-Michelin star "Il Pellicano" Hotel on the coast of Tuscany during the era of Chef Antonio Guida, a diseple of Pierre Gagnaire.
