From the streets of New York City to the set of Sons of Anarchy, Chuck Zito has done it all. The Bronx-born tough guy was born on this day, March 1, 1953. Zito was the former president of the New York chapter of the Hells Angels motorcycle club, a boxer, martial artist, celebrity bodyguard, stuntman and an actor. His grandparents emigrated to America from Italy in the early 1900’s. Chuck was the 2nd of three children to Charles Zito, Sr. and Gloria Frangione.
Chuck’s father was a professional boxer in the ’30s and ’40s and had 228 fights losing only 12. He fought for 12 years and was never knocked out.
