La Scuola Internazionale di San Francisco, the Bay's premier pre-K though 8th grade international Italian school, held a smashing fundraiser this past Saturday evening called "La Dolce Vita" at the Palace of Fine Arts in San Francisco. Over 400 people attended in the big hall to show their support and enthusiasm for La Scuola's remarkable growth.
This successful fundraiser comes on the heels of several positive developments at La Scuola. They were recently granted IB Candidacy by the IBO (based in Geneva, International Baccalaureate Organization) - and are on track to become SF's first international elementary school in the next year or two. The school has also been hot in the news with CBS recently calling La Scuola, a "cool school".
