Fantastico! Ridgefield High School celebrated Italian Heritage Month throughout October with a special focus on Italian Americans in sports.
On Oct. 28, students studying Italian in levels 1 to 4 Honors celebrated with parties during class periods; celebrations included Italian dance, food and music. Throughout the hallways a chorus of voices could be heard singing the Italian national anthem, and students were adorned with red, white and green, colors of the Italian flag.
