The Italian Women's Civic Club (IWCC) has been giving scholarships to students at local colleges for the past 90 years. This year was no different, as three St. John Fisher College students are the recipients of the Dante Scholarship.
The three recipients are: Dina Berardi, Juliane Barbato (Didas) and Patti VanAuker. The scholarships are given to full-time undergraduate or graduate students who exemplify good academic standing, a dedication to their community and a strong tie to their Italian heritage.
