E' quanto emerge con forza dall'appuntamento di ieri organizzato presso il nuovo Academia Barilla Restaurant di New York atto primo di una nuova serie di lezioni di italiano e cucina per gli studenti delle scuole associate allo Iace, Italian American Committee on Education.
