The Department of Foreign Languages and Literatures at the University of Memphis is seeking applications for a non-tenure track Instructor position in Classics/Italian starting August 2014. Requirements: M.A. degree in Classics or Italian; native or near-native proficiency in Italian and English; successful teaching experience in lower and upper-division courses by recent student and supervisor evaluations. The successful candidate will teach 4 or 5 courses per senester in Classics, Latin and/or Italian.
