Scuola Italiana di Portland offers two free ongoing programs every term for Italian Language lovers of all ages to improve their Italian language skills – Mommy and Me Playgroup and the Monthly Italian Language Bookclub.

Mommy and Me Playgroup
Io e la Mamma is a free playgroup for ages one to four held on most Friday mornings from 10:00 to 12:00 am at Friendly House in the Pearl, located at 1542 NW 14th Ave. It’s a fantastic way to begin a bilingual education for your littlest one while enjoying time together!

Monthly Italian Language Bookclub
For our Intermediate and Advanced Italian language speakers, we offer a free monthly Italian language bookclub hosted by one of our wonderful native language teachers, Daniela, to encourage conversation and improve reading skills outside the classroom.
