The latest project from the 35-year-old Toscana Restaurant Group is a charming ode to Roman cuisine called All Roads. Opening Friday, July 26, at 145 South Barrington Avenue in Brentwood, All Roads serves traditional Roman pinsas in a wine bar setting with an attached bottle shop.
Toscana Restaurant Group’s collection of Italian restaurants includes Toscana and Bar Toscana in Brentwood, Beverly Hill’s Nerano, and S.Y. Kitchen and Nella Kitchen & Bar in the Santa Ynez Valley. Mike and Kathie Gordon founded the group in 1989. The name All Roads is a nod to the saying that “all roads lead to Rome.”
