Coming from anyone else the name-dropping could be seen as bragging, but Agazzi, who at 35 is the youngest Executive Chef of the four Gucci Osteria da Massimo Botturas around the world (Florence, Tokyo, Seoul, and Los Angeles), is a down to earth bubbly northern Italian who is as happy cooking for celebrities as rock climbing in Joshua Tree on his days off.
Agazzi, who has lived in LA for over four years now, enjoys the city. “Many people leave LA disappointed, but I think it’s most likely one of the coolest cities ever. The amount of art and talent that comes to LA from all over the world is amazing and creates so many new trends and directions,” he says.
