Celebrate the excellence of Italian extra virgin olive oils as our expert unveils the secrets of high quality olive oil and aromas and flavors of 3 different olive varietals from Italy: Taggiasca from Liguria, Tuscan Blend from Tuscany (Frantoio, Moraiolo and Leccino), and Coratina from Puglia. The tasting includes an educational first section with history, production, labeling and buying suggestions as well as aromas and flavors details of the numerous Italian olive varietals.
The second section is dedicated to a practical tasting of the three different olive oils varietals (Taggiasca, Tuscan Blend and Coratina).
