From Aperol spritz towers and cheese wheels, a new Italian restaurant is turning heads in Little Italy. Located on the corner of India Street and the Piazza della Famiglia, Vincenzo Cucina & Lounge has officially made its debut as the first cheese wheel pasta bar in the city.
Diners can choose from Parmigiano, Gold Parmigiano, Pecorino Sardo, Grana Padano, Bella Vista, or Pecorino Romano Parmigiano-Reggiano that’s all hand-picked with varying aging. While the fresh cheese can be enjoyed in any seat in the house, the restaurant said the wheel pasta bar makes for a unique experience as guests are able to see up-and-personal the chef’s working to plate the creamy pasta dishes.
