With tomato sauce seemingly part of his DNA, Tim Moretti has continued a tradition started by his family more than 70 years ago in Columbus. Moretti's of Arlington is celebrating 16 years in business this year, with Tim and wife Jami at the helm.
While "scratch cooking" has become a familiar promise by many restaurateurs, it has become a way of life for the Morettis — whether it's house-made pasta, sausages, meatballs and desserts — and using as many Ohio ingredients as possible.
