
The Consortia safeguarding Grana Padano and Prosciutto di Parma, two of Italy’s most iconic PDO products, will exhibit at the National Restaurant Association Show in Chicago from May 18 to 20. Their presence forms part of the EU-backed campaign “Distinctly, Deliciously, European,” highlighting the quality, heritage, and distinctive flavours of Europe’s premier food exports.
