Pizza enthusiasts can now enjoy a few different styles at Melo's Pizzeria. The sister restaurant to Blues City Deli, which opened in Benton Park in late 2015 serving Neapolitan-style pies, launched a new and expanded pizza menu last week.
Fans of Melo's can rest assured that its 5,500-pound wood-fired oven isn't going anywhere, but the restaurant recently added a brick oven, which cooks at a lower temperature of 650°F, to the mix.
