Four years ago few would think the nearly vacant Main Street would become restaurant row or that this blue-collar heavily Democratic city would be overthrown by Republicans. Both have happened. And on Monday Lulu Pazzo, the latest brainchild of Vincent Noce, a Bridgeport lawyer and Dino Tetu, a well-known interior designer, conducted its grand opening as an Italian restaurant in the former Antonio’s location.
