New Canaan Library is proud to host a special evening featuring top celebrity chef, restaurateur, and cookbook author, Lidia Bastianich. Ms. Bastianich will be speaking about her life and latest cookbook, Lidia’s: From Our Family Table to Yours, co-authored by her daughter Tanya Bastianich Manuali.
In it, she shares the dishes she often cooks for those she loves the most, many inspired by her beloved mother. It includes a personal collection of more than a hundred favorite family recipes and anecdotes from this award-winning “doyenne of Italian cooking” as she was named by The New York Times.
