Did you know that limoncello isn't just for drinking? You can cook with it too. In this class, we will learn how to make a three course meal using limoncello in each course. Of course, we will eat and drink too! The menu includes watermelon salad with limoncello and feta, shrimp over linguine in a limoncello sauce and grated Asiago. For dessert, we'll enjoy mixed berries with a mascarpone limoncello cream.
If you have one, bring your recipe for homemade limoncello to share.
