On tonight's "Chuck's Eat the Street" Chef Chuck Hughes visited Little Italy on Arthur Avenue in the Bronx in this episode titled, "The Last Little Italy." As Chuck rode in a pedi-cab down Arthur Avenue, named after President Chester A. Arthur, kind of a boring president, but Arthur Avenue makes up for it, as there is nothing boring here.
