By Lauren Halligan Guests can soon return to 14th street for good old fashioned Italian food. Located at 1 14th St. in the neighborhood known as The Hill, Donna's Italian Restaurant will soon open to the public. This space, formerly a family-run eatery called Minissale's, has been known for offering hearty and delicious Italian fare for the last 38 years. When the Minissales closed the family restaurant in August, local entrepreneurs Vic Christopher and Heather Lavine saw an opportunity they couldn't pass up, they said.
