In Brooklyn, there is constant talk of Italian bitters, thanks to Faccia Brutto, an all-American brand that produces Italian spirits. The idea belongs to an American chef, Patrick Miller, who for eighteen years ran the Italian restaurant Rucola, located right in Brooklyn.
