Join us on December 14, 2020 for our third True Italian Taste Master Class “Boot” Camp.
During this Master Class, participants will be led on a guided exploration of the flavors of Italy’s Emilia-Romagna region by a panel of expert speakers including Francesco Lupo (prosciutto specialist, consultant to the Consorzio del Prosciutto di Parma, and food industry expert specializing in Italian products), Jackie Rothong (New York City Culinary Producer, Food Stylist, Recipe Developer and Chef & Brand Ambassador Viking Range LLC), IACC Executive Director Federico Tozzi, and a guest Italian chef. Participants will learn about PDO and PGI products from Emilia-Romagna, delving into the characteristics and qualities that define these products and the geographic significance associated with their production and unique characteristics. This virtual event will be recorded and live streamed on the IACC’s YouTube channel.
