A new Neapolitan restaurant, opening in mid December in Midtown, is looking for personnel for pizza/oven assistant, pastry chef, bus, runners, waiters, cashier, receptionist and wine-bar tender. Italian natives, first generation, or Italian looking preferred. Requirements are: basic Italian (or an accent), over 18 years of age, affability of character (sociable) and good physical presence, moderate food knowledge, neat appearance, must own transportation and a social security number.
