Massimo Puglielli has found another creative way to make a name for himself.

You already may have seen Puglielli's name on golf clubs, specifically the Adams Puglielli Wedge, which the longtime Adams Golf industry veteran known as "The Maestro" developed for professional golfers, such as his friend and PGA legend Tom Watson.

But now, "Max" Puglielli (pronounced poo-ye-lee) is wearing a new hat, or toque, as the case may be. The longtime private chef recently struck through a bucket list item when he launched Mino pizzeria, ristorante and bar April 21 in Naples. The authentic Italian restaurant named for his childhood nickname anchors the Dockside Boardwalk shops on Sixth Avenue South near Tin City.
