The Industrial Park continues to grow with more businesses and industries, however, food options are limited for people wanting to stay away from Wilma Rudolph Boulevard during rush hour. That’s why Carlo Burzi, alongside his wife Jenny, decided to open a restaurant that not only alleviates drive time issues, but also introduces true-authentic Italian cuisine.
We Love Emilia is expected to open this month with menu items such as Tortellini; Polpette al Sugo, a meatballs-based dish; and Rosemary Patate, a French fries dish. The Italian restaurant will also include desserts like Crostata della Jenny with Marmalade and Tiramisu.
