Visiting Italy in autumn? Though all Italy's seasons are great, there are a ton of reasons to love autumn in Italy! It's no secret that fall in Italy is great, but it's even better when planned well. Check out our top 6 ways to enjoy Italy this season:
Choose your temperature
Fall means that you no longer have to worry about July and August's scorching hot temperatures, but the cold won't be arriving right away. Late September is usually still warm enough for a swim in the sea and even in October temperatures will likely be around 70 degrees fahrenheit. Visitors in the Autumn are especially lucky – you can choose your temperature! Head to the north for cooler, more traditional autumn temperatures. The middle of Italy usually stays a few degrees warmer than its northern neighbors and the south typically stays mild year round.
