Ita Airways' new uniforms were made with "the stylistic advice of Brunello Cucinelli," who offered the company "his creativity free of charge." This is what Ita Airways revealed as it unveiled its new uniforms, bringing them on board all of the company's flights and stressing that the production of the uniforms "did not involve any additional costs."
The company points out that there are 1448 uniforms that flight attendants will wear, 118 of them at Italian and international airports and 91 in Ita Airways lounges. It also adds, "The design of the new uniforms is aimed at enhancing the unparalleled elegance of the Cucinelli style."
The uniform for men is a suit consisting of slim-fitting pants and a one-and-a-half-breasted jacket, a distinctive note of the men's wardrobe. For the woman, on the other hand, both a jacket and trouser match set and the usual combination with a skirt have been chosen, balancing refined sartorial elegance with a contemporary touch given by clean lines and volumes.
