Italian wine exports in the first 7 months of 2024 touch 4.6 billion euros, up 4.1% on the same period 2023, and improving on the performance of the first half of the year, when exports grew 3.1%, while keeping in line with the first half of the year, at +2.6% for 1.26 billion hectoliters.

It is a small turnaround, after the 2024 turnaround, that bodes well for the future, without too many illusions, even in a very difficult phase for the world economy. In any case, the best news comes from the U.S., with values up +7.3%, for €1.12 billion, with the States continuing to be the leading market, by value, for Italian wineries.
