The event organized by the Ministry of Education and the Falcone Foundation on 23 May is entitled "The courage of every day" to commemorate the victims of the Mafia massacres of Capaci and via D’Amelio. This year is dedicated to the commitment of all citizens who have worked for the benefit of the community in these emergency months of the country.
The celebrations of this 28th anniversary of the mafia attacks, costing the life of judge Giovanni Falcone, his wife Francesca Morvillo, judge Paolo Borsellino and escort agents Antonio Montinaro, Rocco Dicillo, Vito Schifani, Agostino Catalano, Walter Eddie Cosina, Vincenzo Li Muli, Emanuela Loi and Claudio Traina, will necessarily take a different form from the past due to the restrictions necessary to contain the spread of the Covid-19 virus.
