The endless construction site of the new Convention Center in Rome's EUR district has closed at last. The "Nuvola" ["Cloud"] imagined by Massimiliano Fuksas 18 years ago has become a reality, launched on October 29 with live television coverage of a ceremony attended by Prime Minister Matteo Renzi.

The first actual event, on the other hand, will take place later this month and feature cars: Audi will officially present its new models on November 20 and 21 against the backdrop of this ultracontemporary architecture, while EUR SpA management is working ventre à terre to put more dates on the agenda.
