The boundless blue that one can see from every corner of the Italian peninsula, the unmistakable noise of the waves crashing on the shore, the taste of iodine that fills the lungs with health and freedom...it is the sea! In fact, the sea can not be associated only with the idea of nature, but it is also culture, tradition, work, and free time. For this reason, spreading the culture of the sea means first of all respecting the life and traditions of our seas and of the people who live every day in contact with them.
The Mediterranean Sea is famous all over the world, but this sea, which surrounds the entire Italian peninsula with its islands, takes several names: North-West it is called the Ligurian Sea; moving South it becomes the Tyrrhenian Sea and the Sardinian Sea as it wraps around the island. At its southernmost tips, the body of water is known as Sea of Sicily, Ionian Sea and finally, as the Adriatic Sea along the east coast of the Country.
