Massimo Bottura is the chef at Osteria Francescana, which came in at No. 3 in Restaurant Magazine's "World's Top 50 Restaurants" ranking. He's an eccentric guy, discussing Picasso and Italian traditions while showing off some of his beautiful lunch dishes. The best part of the video is at 3:45, when Bottura instructs a guest to close his eyes and eat leaves. Watch it all, straight ahead.
