Zeudi Di Palma, 20 years old, from Naples, was elected Miss Italy 2021. Zeudi Di Palma, student of sociology at the Federico II, has represented the capital of Naples in the final having already won the sash of Miss Naples 2021. Tall 1.72 brown hair and eyes, Zeudi Di Palma had arrived in Venice with the title of Miss Naples, her hometown. A victory that Zeudi dedicates to her mother and brothers.

"For me it's an unexpected and really beautiful victory. Miss Italy is a family and is a path that I wish for every girl, beyond the victory. The girls have been wonderful and with some of them was born a beautiful friendship that I intend to cultivate and preserve."

With Zeudi di Palma, Campania wins the title for the fourth time in the history of the Competition. The regions that have collected the largest number of titles are Sicily, Lombardy and Lazio with 11 Miss Italy. They follow the Veneto with 6, Friuli and Calabria with 5, Piedmont, Tuscany, Marche and Campania with 4, Emilia Romagna, Liguria, Sardinia and Umbria with 2, Puglia and Abruzzo with only one miss. The title has never been won by Basilicata, Molise and Valle d'Aosta.
