Associate Professor of Italian Studies Beatrice Arduini is taking part in a new series of podcasts Canto per Canto: Conversations with Dante in our time. This collaborative initiative between New York University's Department of Italian Studies and Casa Italiana Zerilli-Marimò, and the Dante Society of America aims to produce podcast conversations about all 100 cantos of the Divine Comedy, to be completed within the seventh centenary of Dante's death in 2021.
Two of Professor Arduini's conversations, with Jelena Todorović (University of Wisconsin) on Purgatorio 20 and with Marco Aresu (Wesleyan University) on Inferno 19, are now available. All episodes will be available for viewing and listening from the "Canto per Canto" YouTube channel.
