Baldinini is known for the distinctive lightning strike heels of its premium line, Gimmy Baldinini, and favored by Milan street-stylist stars such as Clara Racz and fashioneditors alike. The Italian shoe and apparel brand that launched in 1910 is continuing to expand into the American market.

Closely following the launch of its boutique within The Mall at Short Hills in Short Hills, N.J., in late September, the brand will shortly inaugurate units in Long Island (New York) and Miami, with both slated to open by the end of November. The Long Island space will sit within the Roosevelt Field Mall covering a 1,345-sq.-ft. surface, while the Miami space will be on the first floor of the Brickell City Centerdepartment store and will cover a 1,184-sq.-ft. surface.
